If bird is still being handfed- this will be one month after the weaning date.  If the buyer defaults this contract by failing to complete the purchase of this bird by the agreed date, the bird will be sold to the first subsequent buyer and the deposit WILL NOT be refunded nor credited toward another purchase.
The buyer further agrees that if the seller defaults this contract for any reason, they will accept the refund of his/her deposit as complete and total compensation and will acknowledge the receipt of this refund as satisfactory fulfillment of this contract.
